Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For pizza base
  2. Maida 200 gm
  3. Wheat flour 200 gm
  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. Sugar 1 tsp
  6. Yeast 1 tsp
  7. Oil 2 TBS
  8. Milk powder 1 tbs
  9. For red gravy
  10. Tomatoes 3 big
  11. Ajawin 1tsp
  12. Onion 1
  13. Garlic 3-4 cloves
  14. Olive oil 1tbs
  15. Red chilli 1 tsp
  16. Mixed herbs 1 tsp
  17. Oregano 1tsp
  18. Rosemary 1 tsp
  19. Salt 1 tsp
  20. Sugar 1 tsp
  21. Corn flour 1 tsp
  22. For green gravy
  23. Blanchard spinach 1 bunch
  24. Olive oil 1 tsp
  25. Garlic 3-4 cloves
  26. Green chilli 1 small
  27. Onion 1 small
  28. Corn flour 1tsp
  29. For paneer marination
  30. Paneer 50 gm
  31. Red bell pepper few chopped
  32. Yellow bell pepper
  33. Red chilli 1/2 tsp
  34. Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  35. Mixed herbs 1/2 tsp
  36. Olive oil 1 tsp
  37. Salt
  38. Corn flour 1/2 tsp
  39. For mushroom marination
  40. Mushrooms 7-8
  41. Green Bell pepper
  42. Red bell pepper
  43. Mixed herbs 1tsp
  44. Salt
  45. Black pepper 1tsp
  46. Olive oil 1 tsp
  47. Corn flour 1 tsp
  48. Mozzarella cheese
  49. Proceed cheese
  50. Olive oil
  51. Lemon ice tea

Instructions

  1. Take Maida and wheat flour.
  2. Make a well in center add sugar, dry yeast and milk powder.
  3. Add lukewarm water.
  4. Cover for 2 minutes
  5. The yeast will activate
  6. Mix the yeast mixture in flour and knead the dough.
  7. Mix oil and salt and knead the dough in them. Make soft dough.
  8. Put the dough in deep bowl and apply oil and water.
  9. Cover the bowl with lid. Rest the dough for 30 minutes.
  10. For red gravy : Heat a pan add olive oil and ajwain.
  11. Add onions and garlic cook.
  12. Add tomatoes.
  13. When all veggies cooked add spices
  14. Cook for more 1 minute add corn flour
  15. Cook for more 1 minute and turn off the gas
  16. Cool it and grind into fine paste
  17. For green gravy: Heat a pan add olive oil and onions green chillies and garlic.
  18. Add Blanchard spinach.
  19. Add corn flour and salt.
  20. Cool and grind it.
  21. Marinade paneer, red and yellow bell peppers with red chilli powder, turmeric, mixed herbs salt corn flour and olive oil.
  22. Marinade mushrooms red green bell peppers and onions with mixed herbs, black pepper salt corn flour and olive oil.
  23. Remove the dough form bowl.
  24. Punch and remove the air form the dough.
  25. Knead the dough and divide in 2 parts. Set the dough with hand in a baking tray.
  26. Apply olive oil and punch with fingers.
  27. Prick with fork.
  28. Make a line with knife in the center.
  29. Apply red gravy in half part of pizza dough.
  30. Apply green gravy on the remaining half part of the dough
  31. Put grated cheese on the pizza.
  32. Put marinated mushy and veggies on red part.
  33. Put marinated paneer and veggies on green part
  34. Isn't it looks yummy :sunglasses::yum::yum::yum::yum:
  35. Garnished with grated cheese.
  36. Pour 1tsp of olive oil on top which will enhance the taste as well as help to melt the cheese.
  37. Bake in pre heated oven at 190*c for 20 minutes.
  38. Hot hot yummy pizza is ready to serve. Serve with lemon ice tea.
