Take Maida and wheat flour.
Make a well in center add sugar, dry yeast and milk powder.
Add lukewarm water.
Cover for 2 minutes
The yeast will activate
Mix the yeast mixture in flour and knead the dough.
Mix oil and salt and knead the dough in them. Make soft dough.
Put the dough in deep bowl and apply oil and water.
Cover the bowl with lid. Rest the dough for 30 minutes.
For red gravy : Heat a pan add olive oil and ajwain.
Add onions and garlic cook.
Add tomatoes.
When all veggies cooked add spices
Cook for more 1 minute add corn flour
Cook for more 1 minute and turn off the gas
Cool it and grind into fine paste
For green gravy: Heat a pan add olive oil and onions green chillies and garlic.
Add Blanchard spinach.
Add corn flour and salt.
Cool and grind it.
Marinade paneer, red and yellow bell peppers with red chilli powder, turmeric, mixed herbs salt corn flour and olive oil.
Marinade mushrooms red green bell peppers and onions with mixed herbs, black pepper salt corn flour and olive oil.
Remove the dough form bowl.
Punch and remove the air form the dough.
Knead the dough and divide in 2 parts. Set the dough with hand in a baking tray.
Apply olive oil and punch with fingers.
Prick with fork.
Make a line with knife in the center.
Apply red gravy in half part of pizza dough.
Apply green gravy on the remaining half part of the dough
Put grated cheese on the pizza.
Put marinated mushy and veggies on red part.
Put marinated paneer and veggies on green part

Garnished with grated cheese.
Pour 1tsp of olive oil on top which will enhance the taste as well as help to melt the cheese.
Bake in pre heated oven at 190*c for 20 minutes.
Hot hot yummy pizza is ready to serve. Serve with lemon ice tea.
