Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Maida-1cup
  2. salt as needed
  3. Water for kneading dough
  4. Ing for filling:-
  5. Cabbage -1cup chopped
  6. Onion-1chopped
  7. Garlic-1tbsp chopped
  8. Ginger-1tbsp chopped
  9. Salt,pepper as needed
  10. Green chillies-1tbsp
  11. Oil-1tsp
  12. Ing for tandoori masala:-
  13. Roasted besan-4 tbsp
  14. Kasuri methi-1tsp
  15. Red chilli powder-1tsp
  16. Garam masala-1tsp
  17. Salt to taste
  18. Coriander leaves-2tsp chopped
  19. Hot sarson tail-3tbsp
  20. Curd -5-6tbsp
  21. Red orange food colour-a pinch( opt)

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add.maida, salt and knead a stiff dough with water and keep aside for 15min.
  2. Method for filling:-
  3. Take a bowl add chopped onion , cabbage add salt and leave for 10 min.
  4. When mixture leave water than squeezed it
  5. Add Ginger garlic and little salt, pepper , green chillies in veggies mix and keep aside.
  6. For tandoori batter:-
  7. Add all masala in a bowl nice mix and keep aside
  8. Take a dough again knead a min.
  9. Make a big roti with rolling pin
  10. Cut the round with round cookie cutter
  11. Fill veggies mixture in all rounds and fold it like modak's.
  12. Now fry all Momo's in med. hot oil in two batches.
  13. When done this process than dip all Momo's in tandoori batter
  14. After 2min. add 1tso oil in a pan , add all Momo's
  15. Roast all Momo's 30 -40 sec. in pan
  16. Serve hot tandoori Momo's with chutney or salad
