Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Semolina 200 gram
  2. Curd 1 cup
  3. Salt 2 teaspoons
  4. Red pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  5. Oil 2 tablespoons
  6. Schezwan sauce 2 tablespoons
  7. Red chilli sauce 1 teaspoon
  8. Tomato catchup 2 teaspoons
  9. Onion 1 big piece
  10. Capsicum and cabbage 1/2 cup finely chopped
  11. Mustard seeds 1-teaspoon
  12. Curry leaves 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Soak semolina in curd Add water to make a thick smooth batter
  2. Now add 1 teaspoon salt and baking powder
  3. Grease the idli mould
  4. Pour the batter in idli stand
  5. Steam for 10 minutes
  6. Meanwhile put a vok on heat
  7. Add oil
  8. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves
  9. Add chopped onion and cabbage and capsicum
  10. Now add idlis in in it
  11. Add all the 3 sauces
  12. Add salt and pepper powder
  13. Stir fry for 5 minutes
  14. Serve hot
