Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. American corn- 1 cup you get in vegetable markets
  2. Carrot- 1/2 chopped finely
  3. Salt- to taste
  4. Sugar- 1/2 tsp
  5. Ghee and gingelly oil- a little
  6. Pepper
  7. Basmati rice- 1 cup
  8. Onion- 1 finely chopped
  9. Garlic- chopped finely
  10. Capsicum- 1/ cup
  11. Soya sauce- 1/2 tsp
  12. Chilli sauce- 1/2 tsp.

Instructions

  1. Take oil and ghee in a kadayi
  2. Add chopped garlic fry well till it gives a good smell.
  3. Add chopped onions fry well with little salt so that onions changes its colour.
  4. Add the vegetables fry well
  5. Add pepper powder, fry well
  6. Now add the cooked rice stir well so that it coats with all the vegetables.
  7. Serve hot with ketchup
