Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. chicken 500 gram
  2. Curd 200 gram
  3. Cashew paste 2 tbsp
  4. fried onions half cup
  5. Smashed boiled onion paste half cup
  6. ginger paste one tbsp
  7. Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  8. Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  9. mustard oil 2 cup
  10. salt as per taste
  11. Turmeric powder 2 tbsp
  12. Chilli Powder 2 tbsp
  13. bay leaves 3 to 4 pieces
  14. cloves 5 to 6 pieces

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with salt ,turmeric and curd for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan
  3. Add bay leaves in it
  4. Add smashed boiled onion, ginger ,garlic paste in it
  5. Stir it continuously
  6. Then add fried onions in it
  7. When oil separates add tomato Ketchup
  8. Add the marinated chicken in it
  9. Cover it for 20 minutes
  10. Cook in a low flame
  11. If needed ,add hot water from outside
  12. Stir occasionally
  13. When the chicken will be tender add cashew paste in it
  14. Served with hot rice
