Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bettle leaves (paan) 3
  2. Gulkand 2 tablespoons
  3. Fine chopped almonds 4
  4. Fine chopped raisins 6
  5. Green cardamom seeds 1 teaspoon
  6. Green cherry 1 teaspoon
  7. Red cherry 1 teaspoon
  8. Coloured fennel seeds 1 teaspoon
  9. Cooking chocolate 100 g
  10. White chocho chips 1 teaspoon
  11. Edible silver foil 2

Instructions

  1. Melt the cooking chocolate in double boiler.
  2. Wash the bettel leaves and let it dry. Then cut it from the middle.
  3. Take a small bowl and add gulkand, cocoa powder, milk powder, almonds,raisins, cardamom seeds,cherris and mix it up well.
  4. Take one bettle leaf and fold it like cone, now add the gulkand stuffing and pour little melted chocolate and cover and leave it for 5 minutes.
  5. Then with the help of a brush cover the whole pan with melted chocolate, and then decorate it as you like
