Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Mushrooms 500 g
  2. Onions 2-3
  3. Tomatoes 3-4
  4. Ginger garlic paste 2 tbspn
  5. Green chilli 3-4
  6. Cream/malai 5-6 tbspn
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Red chilli powder 1 tbspn
  9. Garam masala 1 tbspn
  10. Turmeric powder 1/2 tbspn
  11. Kasuri Methi
  12. Coriander powder 1/2 tbspn

Instructions

  1. Boil the mushrooms in water for about 6 to 7 min on high flame.
  2. Cut the onions, tomatoes and green chillies in quarters and make a smooth paste of them in a mixer grinder.
  3. In a pan take 2 tbspn of oil, add your onions tomatoes puree in it and cook it for 10 min. Add ginger garlic paste and cook it for 2 more min.
  4. Add all spices in the pan, add a little water if required and cook it in low flame for 2-3 min.
  5. Now strain the mushroom and cut them in quarters or halves. Add them in the pan. Let it cook for a min or two.
  6. Add cream/malai. Mix it gently. Let it cook for 5-6 min on low flame.
  7. Garnish with some coriander leaves and serve hot.
