Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mushroom - 1 packet
  2. Onion - 1 large sliced
  3. Capsicum - 1 large sliced
  4. Carrot - 1 large sliced
  5. Peas - 3/4 Cup
  6. Jeera powder and dhaniya powder roasted - 2 tsp each
  7. Garam masala powder - 2 tsp
  8. Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tsp
  9. Onion paste - 2 tsp
  10. Tomato puree - 2 tbsp
  11. Green chilies chopped - 3
  12. Malai from milk - 3tbsp
  13. Salt and sugar as per taste
  14. Kasuri methi - 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms well. Keep aside.
  2. In the same oil, add the capsicum, carrots and peas and fry. Add the ginger garlic paste. Stir till the raw smell goes off.
  3. To it add the onion paste and tomato puree. Stir well. Now mix the mushrooms and green chilies. Add salt and sugar and the malai from milk.
  4. Once the gravy starts thickening, add the garam masala powder and sprinkle some kasuri methi.
  5. Serve hot with chapati, paratha or pulao.
