ABOUT Mushroom Badam RECIPE

A rich curry made with mushrooms and almonds, a perfect curry for dinner parties.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 pack mushroom
  2. 2 finely chopped onion
  3. 1tsp ginger garlic paste
  4. Tomato puree - 1/2 cup
  5. Salt
  6. 1/4tsp turmeric powder
  7. 2 green cardamom
  8. 1 piece cinnamon
  9. 1/4tsp degi mirch
  10. 1tsp kitchen king masala
  11. 10 almonds [soaked and peeled]
  12. 1tbs fresh malai [cream]
  13. Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Wash the mushrooms and slice them.
  2. Heat some oil ina pressure cooker, add cumin seeds and cardamom.
  3. Add chopped onion and saute for few minutes, then add ginger garlic paste.
  4. Once they are brown enough, add tomato puree.
  5. Now add all the masalas and saute
  6. Now add mushroom ,stir well
  7. Add 2 cups water and cook till 2 whistles
  8. Now add peeled almonds and boil for two minutes
  9. Add coriander leaves and serve.
