ABOUT Quinoa pulav RECIPE

Quinoa pulav is a delicious recipe and healthy too. I included lots of veggies in this for make it more nutritious.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup quinoa
  2. 1 cup chopped veggies which you like
  3. Cumin seeds one teaspoon
  4. 1 onion chopped
  5. Ginger 1 inch piece chopped
  6. 1 TOMATO CHOPPED
  7. haldi one teaspoon
  8. Lal mirch 1 teaspoon
  9. garam masala one teaspoon
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Water 2 cup
  12. Oil 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan and pour oil.
  2. Crackle cumin seeds then add Ginger and onion.
  3. Saute for a minute then add haldi,Lal mirch and tomato.
  4. Add veggies and cook them.
  5. After cooking the veggies add water and salt,let it boil.
  6. Add Garam Masala also.
  7. Now add quinoa,cover it and cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Quinoa pulav is ready to serve.
  9. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
