ABOUT Quinoa kheer RECIPE

Quinoa kheer is a healthier than rice kheer..it is rich source of protien and fibre.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Quinoa 1cup
  2. Milk 1/2kg
  3. Cindensed milk 1/2cup/100gm
  4. Cardemom 2no
  5. Desighee 1spoon
  6. Water 1glass
  7. Allmond cashew and pistacheo and kishmish as desired
  8. Safforn string 5-6(optional)

Instructions

  1. Ready all indgridients first and soak and wash quiona and soak saffron string in milk
  2. In a wok (kdhai) add desi ghee and roast almond cashew and pistacheo for few min and set aside
  3. Now in same wok add cardemom and soaked quinoa and roast it for few min then add 1glass water in it and bring it boil
  4. When quinoa get soften add 1/2ltr milk in it and cook it for 15-20min on low medium heat
  5. Add safrron stings in boiling milk and cook
  6. Add chopped dry fruits and cook for 5min more
  7. When quinoa got transparent and soten add condesed milk in it and mix serve this kheer and garnish with some roasted dry fruits
