ABOUT QUINOA MURUKKU ! RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Quinoa Flour- 1 cup
  2. Raw rice flour- 2 Tbsps
  3. Unsalted butter- 3 Tbsps
  4. Oil- 1/2 liter
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Hing -1/2 tsp
  7. Garlic and green chilies paste-2 Tbsps
  8. Roasted Bengal gram dal powder-4 Tbsps

Instructions

  1. Take Quinoa Flour in a bowl.
  2. Add roasted Bengal gram dal powder,garlic green chilies paste, salt,Melted butter and Rice flour to the quinoa flour.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add warm water and make a soft dough.
  5. Take MURUKKU PRESS.
  6. Take a portion of dough and make cylindrical shape and put in side the MURUKKU PREES.
  7. Heat oil in a iron skillet.
  8. Press the MURUKKU and cook in the medium heat.
  9. Flip and cook until golden brown.
  10. Once done transfer to a tissue paper.
  11. Crispy QUINOA MURUKKU is ready.
