Cook rice kofta with royal green gravy

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For kofta -Cook rice 1 bowl
  2. Rawa 1-2tbsp
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Black pepper powder to taste
  5. For stuffing- paneer 1/2cup
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Turmeric powder punch of
  8. Elaichi powded pinch of
  9. For gravy- blach spinach leaf 1/2cup
  10. Spring onion 1-2stem
  11. Green chilli 3-4
  12. Kaju 3tbsp
  13. Malai 1/2cup
  14. Royal garam masala 1/4sp
  15. Pure ghee 2 sp
  16. Elaichi n nutmeg powder 1-2pinch
  17. Salt to taste
  18. Sugar 1/2tsp
  19. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. Take a pan and put on flame add cook rice 1/2cup water and rawa and cook until get soft n masy mixture. Switch off the flame. Add salt n pepper powder mix well.
  2. In other bowl take grated paneer turmeric salt elaichi powder powder n mix well .
  3. Now mash n mix the rice mixture like dough form. Now make a rice ball n stuff some stuffing make round shape ball without any cracked. Make all like that.
  4. Now put the oil in kadhai n deep fry all the balls. Keep aside.
  5. Now we start to prepare the gravy firstly take a grinder jar put blanch spinach, spring onion and chilli grind n make fine puree.
  6. Now grind the soak kaju n make fine kaju paste.
  7. Hot the oil in pan add souch puree and cook well with continues stir.now add kaju paste and cook it.
  8. Add salt ,spices and sugar.
  9. Now add malai or cream and cook until gravy left the oil.
  10. Now add ghee cook few min. Add water for gravy n boil it 7-10min .
  11. Lastly add fry rice balls n cook 5 min. more finally add elaichi powder n nutmeg powder mix n switch off the flame.
