ABOUT Baked masala vade RECIPE

Soak gram dal, 1/2 rice and 1/2 urid dal over night or for abt 2-3 hr remove excess of water after its soaked n half grind it in a mixer now add 1 small finely chopped onion few curry leaves few coriander leaves few mint leaves all finely chopped green chillies paste as per your taste n 1/2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste salt as per taste and mix all the ingredients n bake them in an idly baker by greasing it with ghee or oil serve hot with ghee or mint leaves chutney

  1. Gram dal 1 glass
  2. Urid dal 1/2 cup
  3. Rice 1/2 cup
  4. Few mint leaves
  5. Few curry leaves
  6. Few coriander leaves
  7. Ginger and garlic paste
  8. Green chillies paste
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. Dill leaves

Instructions

  1. Soak over night or for 2-3 hrs
  2. Grind it half without water
  3. Bake it n enjoy it
