#MyHERSHEYSRecipe @hersheysindia My love for chocolate and caramel dishes is eternal, so today I have prepared fusion dessert prepared with Custard Apple, Milk, Hershey's Caramel Syrup and Hershey's Chocolate Syrup with an addition of little spices to give it an unque aroma. This recipe is extremely tasty giving it a blend of two flavours in the custard apple rabdi.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk 2 cups
  2. Hershey's Caramel syrup 2 tbsp
  3. Hershey's Chocolate syrup 2 tbs
  4. Clove 4 nos crushed
  5. Cardamom 2 nos crushed
  6. Custard Apple pulp 1 cup
  7. For decoration few cashew nuts

Instructions

  1. First, discard the seeds from the custard apple and churn the pulp for 4 seconds.
  2. Boil the milk for 5 minutes then add the custard apple pulp (as prepared above in the first step) along with crushed clove, and cardamom.
  3. Then add in one of side (Hershey's chocolate syrup) and the other side (Hershey's caramel syrup). Mix each side individually.
  4. Then take a glass and pour the caramel side of the mixture ( "Dhoop") and then pour the chocolate side of the mixture into the glass ("Chaon"). Garnish with cashew nuts. Serve hot or cold.
