Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sitafal pulp one cup
  2. Milk half kg
  3. Custard powder one tsp
  4. Sugar as per tast
  5. Dry fruit chopped
  6. Cold milk half cup
  7. Rose essence few drops

Instructions

  1. Take a pan add milk boil it
  2. Add sugar
  3. Boil it when milk reduce half
  4. Add custard powder in half cup of cold milk
  5. Add it in boiling milk
  6. Then add sitafal pulp
  7. Boil it for five min and tyrn off gas
  8. Add dry fruit and rose essence
  9. Serve hot or cold
