Take a large bowl, add gram flour ,curd and water(take half quantity of total water ) and mix very well , so that no lumps are formed .After mixing it nicely, add ginger paste, salt, turmeric, red chilly powder, coriander leaves and mix well.
Add 1 tsp of sugar and mix well. Now, add 1 tsp of oil to the batter and mix well.
Grease a microwave pan with oil , so that dhokla will not stick to the bottom and sides .Add Eno to the batter , mix it well, batter will look fluffy , transfer the batter immediately to the microwave greased pan.
Put the pan in microwave for 4-41/2 mins in high power.Dhokla will be done.Cut into pieces before doing the seasoning.
Take 1 tsp oil, once the oil is hot ,add 1 tsp mustard seeds, keep the stove on high flame ,after 30 secs ,reduce the flame to medium.
Put curry leaves, green chilly,1 cup of water and 2 tsp sugar .Keep it on medium flame for 2-3 mins .Once done ,spread it all over the Dhokla .They will become fluffy.Dhokla is ready
