Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Carrot 1 midium size grated
  2. Beetroot 1 medium grated
  3. Pumpkin a small piece grated
  4. Spring onion
  5. About an inch Ginger finely cut
  6. About 2 cloves Garlic finely cut
  7. Soy sauce
  8. Tomato sauce
  9. Green chilli finely cut
  10. Black paper powder
  11. Oil
  12. Wheat flour
  13. Corn flour

Instructions

  1. Take finely grated carrot, beetroot and pumpkin in a bowl. Add finely cut ginger, garlic and chilli to it. Add salt to taste and mix it well. Now add wheat flour to make a dough.
  2. Now make medium size balls from the dough. Fry on medium flame to crispy golden brown.
  3. For making gravy heat a little oil in pan. Add ginger, garlic and green chillies. Saute well. Then add spring onion and saute till transparent.
  4. In a separate bowl take 1 tablespoon corn flour add one cup water. Make fine paste without lumps. Add 1-2 tablespoon soy sauce and stirr well. Add this to pan.
  5. Now add tomato sauce and black paper to it and simmer on medium flame. The gravy is ready.
  6. And now add the fried balls to gravy. Simmer 2-3 minutes on low flame.
  7. Serve hot.
