1. Cut boneless goat meat into small pieces.
2. Then finely chop onion, capsicum and tomato, keep them aside.
3. Heat 2 teaspoon olive oil in a pan, add in refined flour, salt and black pepper powder and mix well to avoid lumps.
4. Now add in the pieces of goat meat and stir for 2-3 minutes or until the flour mixture coats the meat well.
5. When the meat change its colour take them out from the pan and set aside.
6. In the same pan, heat 3 teaspoon olive oil and add in garlic paste and saute for a minute.
7. Now add in chopped onion and cook until it's soft and translucent.
8. When done, add red chilli, chopped tomato and chopped capsicum into it .
9. Stir occasionally until tomatoes and capsicums are soft.
10. Now add in paprika powder, cumin powder and dried oregano and mix well.
11. Add tomato puree into it and cook for 5 minutes or until the oil separates.
12. Now add salt and stir well.
13. Now add in the stir fried mutton pieces and mix.
14. Add meat stock into it, bring to the boil.
15. Reduce heat, cover and simmer gently for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
16. Add in boiled red kidney beans, increase heat slightly and cook gently for further 10 minutes.
17. Roughly chop the dark chocolate and add into this prepared mixture.
18. Stir to combine and melt the chocolate, then simmer for another 10 minutes until the mixture has thickened slightly.
19. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
20. Chilli con carne is ready to serve.
21. Serve hot .
