Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup wheat flour
  2. 1/2 besan( gram flour)
  3. 1/2 maida( all purpose flour)
  4. 1/2 cup Tamato pure
  5. 2 table spoon Green chillies paste
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Oil for deep frying
  8. WAter as required

Instructions

  1. Mix all flour together
  2. Add salt and 4 table spoon oil in it
  3. Mix it well
  4. Now divide it in two portions (3/4 cup and 1/4cup)
  5. Now in 3/4 cup portion add tomato pure and make a dough with little water
  6. Now in 1/4 cup portion add green chillies paste make a dough with little water
  7. Now make medium size balls out of both dough
  8. Now separately roll both dough in shape of big chapati
  9. Now place tamato chapati than chillies chapati apply water so that stick together
  10. Now roll it and cut it
  11. Now heat the oil
  12. Deep fry and sprinkle chat masla in it
  13. Store it in air tight container
