It's tempting dish of potato using vermicelli.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 5-6 boiled peeled potatoes
  2. 1 teaspoon garlic chilli paste
  3. 3 teaspoon corn flour
  4. 1 cup boiled corn
  5. 1 teaspoon raisin
  6. 1 cup Bread crumbs
  7. 1 cup broken vermicelli
  8. 1 cup corn flour slurry
  9. 2 teaspoon corn flour slurry
  10. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  11. 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  12. 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  13. 1/2 teaspoon aamchur powder
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Oil for shallow frying
  16. Coriander leaves for garnishing
  17. Tomato katch up for serving

Instructions

  1. Take boil potatoes ,peel it.and mashed it into deep bowl.
  2. Now add boiled corn ,garlic chilli paste in it.
  3. Add corn flour ,bread Crumbs,raisins,ix well.
  4. Add spices -salt ,aamchur powder ,chilli powder ,roasted cumin powder Mix it.
  5. Now divide in equal parts and spread little oil on palm of hands.and make medium sized balls from it with palm.keep aside balls.
  6. Now take corn flour and water in one bowl and make little thick batter and mix it.
  7. In another plate keep broken vermicelli.
  8. Then dip vermicelli balls into corn flour slurry then coated with vermicelli. Cover it properly.
  9. Heat little on in Pan. shallow fry vermicelli balls till it becomes golden brown .remove and place on absorbent paper.
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves and sprinkle little ketchup on it.Serve in plate with ketchup.
