Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 Potato boiled
  2. 1cup boiled green peas
  3. 1cup coriander leaves
  4. Salt
  5. 1 tsp Chilli powder
  6. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  7. 1 tsp garam masala
  8. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste (optional)
  9. 1/2cup bread crumbs
  10. 2 tbsp maida
  11. 1/2cup water

Instructions

  1. Peel and smash boiled potatoes
  2. Add boiled peas
  3. Add coriander powder chilli powder salt ginger garlic paste coriander n mix well
  4. Either add bread crumbs here or save it for later
  5. Make small balls n keep in refrigerator for 10 min
  6. Make a smooth paste of maida n water Add water slowly to maida without making it too water or too thick. heat appe pan brush with few drops of oil
  7. Dip the refrigeratored balls in maida batter n then in bread crumbs if not added previously n shallow fry in appe pan Serve hot with sauce or dip
  8. This receipe is mix n match of many recipe tried before of different author
