Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Eggs 2
  2. Pepper to taste
  3. Oil /butter for brushing
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Cheddar cheese- 1/2 cup shredded

Instructions

  1. Brush the ramekin mould with oil /butter in upward strokes.
  2. Separate the egg white and yolk.
  3. Beat egg white for 45 sec.
  4. Put the beaten white into the mould. Make a hole. Pour the yolks. Sprinkle salt pepper and cheese. Smooth the top.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree for 10 min.
