Toppings :
Oil for greasing
Basil or palak leaves 5
Tomato deseeded small dice 1tsp
Pasta sauce 2tsp
Italian seasoning 1/2tsp
Mozzarella 1/4cup or more
Processed cheese 1slice
Black Olives roundels 4
Fried paneer 6
Capsicum julienne 2 tbsp
Onion julienne 1tbsp
For mac and cheese :
Mozzarella Cheese 1/4cup
Milk 1cup
Butter 2tsp
Maggi masala pazzta 2packets
Flour 2tsp
Instructions
In a kadai add butter
Once it's melted add the flour and and cook it in medium flame
Once the raw smell leaves and starts to pile up add the pasta seasoning mix from Maggi that comes along with the pack
If you are cooking without Maggi no need to add any for now .instead add 1/2tsp Italian seasoning at last
Mix the masala well and start adding the warm milk one ladle at a time
Keep on doing it keeping in mind there are no lumps before you add milk before each time
It begin to get thick and saucy
Personally I don't needed any seasonings or salt . If u wish you can add little salt or Italian seasoning (generally not needed)
Cook pasta separately in boiling water till it's almost done or al dente
Now add the shredded cheese and mix well
add the pasta and give it a stir.
You can see that it is really creamy at this stage.
But once it starts to getting warm it will thick
Mean time you can fry the paneer with little curry powder and salt(optional)
Preheat oven to 200c
Now once thick and bit warm you can start arranging for the base
Take a adjustable cake mould and grease with a parchment paper
Make sure it sticks well to the cake base
Now put the Mac and cheese on it and spread it gently without any spaces in between
And it's ok for one or more pasta to pile up on top
But no spaces between them
Now put it in the oven for 3 to 4 minutes and just the top get little dry and not too much
Take it out and cool it well. You can see the top is not too sticky
Now spread the pasta sauce on it with a back of spoon
Now put both the cheese on top
Start placing the toppings
Also you can add any of your favourite toppings apart from the one I mentioned
Now put it back on the preheated oven
Bake it till the cheese melts for about 10 to 12 mins
Take it out and cool a little for few minutes in a wire rack
Now put Italian seasoning or chilli flakes on top and cut it with pizza cutter for better shape
