3/4 cup Macaroni
Pizza base (homemade/store brought)
1 cup grated pizza cheese(mozzarella and cheddar mixed)
Butter 4tbsp
Olive oil
Pizza sauce (optional)
Toppings like Oregano, Basil, Red Chilli flakes

Instructions

Boil Macaroni as mentioned on the packet. Once boiled add half cup cheese and keep stiring until cheese is melted .
Butter both sides of pizza base and warm it up on Tawa. Bottom should be just warmed while the top should be browned.Do not burn or blacken it.this step is to ensure you get nice crusty pizza. switch off and transfer the pizza base to a plate
The lightly warmed surface will be bottom and browned surface will be pizza base to add the contents.
On the browned surface drizzle olive oil.
Apply pizza sauce, this step is completely optional.I added it to give it a bit of spicy taste
Now evenly spread the Mac cheese on the pizza .Leave gap towards the edge while spreading.Now add the remaining cheese on top
Add 1 tbsp butter in a pan. Carefully place the pizza. Cook on low flame, cover while cooking.Place a spatula between lid and pan so that some air goes in while cooking
Cook for 5-7 minutes until cheese melts.
Shift the pizza to the plate.Add the toppings and serve warm.
