Ingredients: 1 packet Mushroom Pazaata; 1 capsicum small; 1 yellow pepper small; 1 red pepper; 1/2 cup blanched corn; 1/2 cubed carrot; 6-7 broccoli florets; 1 small tomato; 1 onion chopped fine; 6-7 pieces Cottage cheese; Salt to taste; 1tblspn oil; 1tspn garlic paste; 1tspn Oregano; 1/2 tspn chilli flakes

Yes the one and only Light Pasta, no Maida means healthy.Ive tried 3 flavours cheesy,tomato twist and now Mushroom .loved them All.though my suggestion is do add your veggies,non veg eggs any food that goes with it as this will sure enhance the taste and also increase quantity to satiate your meal craving.I used all veggies i Like and some paneer too.The pasta I used is Mushroom Pazaata .It took 8 minutes after boiling once to make it creamy and done.

Ingredients Serving: 1

1 packet Mushroom Pazaata
1 capsicum small
1 yellow pepper small
1 red pepper
1/2 cup blanched corn
1/2 cubed carrot
6-7 broccoli florets
1 small tomato
1 onion chopped fine
6-7 pieces Cottage cheese
Salt to taste
1tblspn oil
1tspn garlic paste
1tspn Oregano
1/2 tspn chilli flakes

Instructions

Keep veggies chopped ready
Cubed carrots,french beans cottage cheese pieces ,
Keep onion, tomatoes ginger garlic paste,garlic crush ready too with veggies as well
Now in a fry pan saute onions add tomatoes
Add ginger garlic saute 1 minute
Add veggies paneer ,salt stir fry and remove in a plate
Now in a clean pan add 2 cups water
Open Mushroom Penne Pazzta pack and tastemaker ,in 2cups water at room temperature mix well
Stir mix well and put on flame now
Cook well in 6-8 minutes this is done ,
Add the Mushroom Penne Pazzta to veggies kept ready
Keep veggies below top with Mushroom Pazzta mix and enjoy the crunchy veggies with soft creamy mushroom pazzta
