ABOUT Fusilli pasta in garden fresh veggies RECIPE

A yummy pasta tossed in olive oil and lot of veggies.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup boiled fuselli pasta
  2. 6 garlic cloves
  3. 1 cup bell pepper cut in pieces
  4. 1/2 cup Mushroom quarters
  5. 5-6 brocoli pieces
  6. 1 carrot cut diagonally
  7. 1/2 c baby corn diagonally cut
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Italian seasoning
  10. chilli flakes
  11. 1 spoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. First heat oil in a pan and add garlic in it.
  2. first fry carrots and babycorn on high flame for 2 mins.
  3. add bell peppers, brocoli and mushroom ,salt and fry for 2-3 mins.
  4. add pasta seasoning and chilli flakes.
  5. There is no cheese used in this pasta.
