It was my nani recipe and my favourite papad

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 5-7 potatoes
  2. 2tsp cumin
  3. 3 green chopped chillies
  4. 2 table spoon sabudana (sago)
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. Coriander leaf

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes
  2. In a blending jar add sago chillies coriander leaf cumin and blend then
  3. Peel potatoes and mash then and add the mixture
  4. Mix it well make sure there is no lumps in it
  5. Now in a plastic (greced with oil) place a small dough of it and give a round shape
  6. Now in a big plastic (greced with oil) transfer it with care
  7. Let it dry in room temperature use fan
  8. Turn it after upper side is dried
  9. Now after 24-30 hours keep it in sunlight for 2-3 days
  10. Make sure it is completely dry now deep fry and enjoy crispy papad
  11. You can use this for years
