Cooked rice-1 cup
Cumin-1/2 teaspoon
Butter- 1teaspoon
Oil-1 teaspoon
Ginger Garlic paste-2 tsp
Tomato chopped-1
Pav vaji masala-2 teaspoons
Capsicum -1 chopped
Carrots -1/4 cup (optional)
Peas-1/2 cup
Onion-1 chopped
Cauliflower florets -1/2 cup (small cut)
Boiled potatoes-1 cut into small pieces
Coriander powder -1 teaspoon
Red chili powder -1teaspon
Salt to taste
Lemon juice-1 teaspoon
Coriander chopped -1/4 cup

Instructions

Heat butter and oil in a frying pan
Add cumin seeds..let them splutter
Add chopped onion...Fry until light brown
Add ginger garlic paste, fry until raw smell goes away
Add chopped tomatoes..Fry until cooked properly
Add chopped capsicum, cauliflower florets,peas ,carrots ,boiled potatoes and mix and fry all together properly
Add pav vaji masala, coriander powder,red chili powder and salt..mix everything all together
Add cooked rice. Mix with masala and cook for 2 minutes
Switch off the gas
Add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves
