Rice and poha idly made up with left over boiled rice

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled rice 1/2 cup
  2. Poha soaked...1/2 cup
  3. Soaked urad daal 1 table spoon
  4. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a grinder mix everything and grind to a smooth paste
  2. Give rest of 1 day at least for fermentation
  3. Next day, mix nicely with hands
  4. Now grease idly moulds and pour idly batter in moulds and steam in hot water for 7 or 8 minutes or until done
  5. Enjoy the way you want
