ABOUT Leftover Mix Dry Sabji Fish Shaped Parantha RECIPE

Paranthas......probably the most favourite dish in North India.we must have tried so many varieties of it with aaloo, gajar, mooli, meth, gobi etc etc stuffed into it. I have made some fish shaped paranthas with leftover mix dry sabji stuffing. Both the look and the taste came out amazing!!!!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Flour 1cup
  2. Oil 2 tbsp ( for making the dough) + 1/2 cup for frying
  3. Water as required
  4. Salt as par taste
  5. Mix dry sabji for stuffing

Instructions

  1. First prepare the dough, mix flour salt and oil and add water into it and knead it properly in the same way as for parantha and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Now take a small sized dough ball.
  3. Roll out with rolling pin into a thin round shape on a flat surface.
  4. Then put the stuffing along the middle.
  5. Cut the rolled out thing along the sides with a knife as shown in pic.
  6. Now start folding from the top like this and then fold along the sides.
  7. Finally it'll look like this
  8. Shallow fry these little beauties and soak the extra oil on paper tissues to get what it looks like in the image.
  9. Serve it with tomato ketchup.
