ABOUT leftover stuffed cauliflower sabji idli RECIPE

I have some some leftover cauliflower sabji so i have make stuffed idli with this and made a new recipe with it .

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup leftover cauliflower sabji /bhaji
  2. 1 cup rava / sooji
  3. 1 cup curd
  4. salt as per taste
  5. Eno salt 1tsp
  6. For tempering - 1 tsp oil
  7. 3-4 curry patta
  8. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  9. 1 tsp seasme seeds

Instructions

  1. First in a big bowl ,add rava and curd and mix both ingredients well .Keep it aside for 15 minutes .
  2. After 15 minutes add little water into this and mix well . Then add salt and mix well . idli mix is ready
  3. Now grease idli mould well .
  4. In a idli mix add eno fruit salt and mix well .
  5. Pour small portion of mix on idli moulds and then put cauliflower sabji on center and again put idli mix on it .
  6. Repeat this process and fill all idli moulds .
  7. Steam it for about 15 minutesand cool it down
  8. Stuffed idlis are ready, cut in to halves .
  9. Now for tempering - take a pan ,add oil then add mustard seeds ,seasme seeds and curry patta . When seeds starts crackle turn off the gas .Pour this tempering on idlis .
  10. Stuffed idli with leftover cauliflower sabji is ready to serve .
