Put chana daal in cooker with salt and turmeric powder
Add lauki ki sabji and half of desi ghee
Pressure cook to 7 or 8 whistles, check if done, otherwise little more pressure cooking is required
In a tadka pan add remaining ghee add jeera and red chilly powder and give tadka to the serving bowl itself. Enjoy
