Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Boiled potatoes 2 to 3
  2. Boiled peas half cup
  3. Raisins 8 to 10 pieces
  4. Maida (all purpose flour)1 cup
  5. Mozzarella cheese half cup
  6. salt as per taste
  7. Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
  8. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  9. Chili powder as per taste
  10. Mango powder 1 tsp
  11. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. First take the potatoes peel them and mash them.
  2. Now in the mean time make a dough by adding maida with some salt and 2 tsp oil in it and knead the dough with normal water.
  3. Keep the dough for the rest for at least 15 min by covering it with a moist cloth.
  4. Then take a wok add 1 tbsp oil . Heat it.
  5. Add some fennel seeds and add potatoes in it.
  6. Now take peas and add them in the potatoes.
  7. Add salt chilli powder mango powder sugar and mix it well.
  8. Add raisins in the mixture.
  9. Keep aside.
  10. Now take mozzarella cheese and grate it add in the masala and mix it well.
  11. Now take a wok add oil for frying.
  12. Take the dough and make its small round circle and stuff the filling in it.
  13. Now take some oil in your hand and start folding in a shape of potlis.
  14. Deep fry them and flip till it turns crispy.
  15. Enjoy!
