It's a party time snack. I used mini manchurian balls and noodles then wrapped it in a potli shape covering and it came out just yum.

For the Potli:
All purpose flour 1 cup
Oil 2 tsp
A pinch of salt
Water as required
Oil for frying
For the manchurian:-
Corn flour 4 tsp
Cabbage finely chopped 1/4 cup
Capsicum finely chopped 1/4 cup
Carrot 1/4 cup finely chopped
Ginger-Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
1 medium size onion finely chopped
Spring onion to garnish
1 green chilli cut into slits
Salt to taste
Soy sauce 4 tsp
Red Chilli Sauce 4 tsp
Tomato Ketchup 2 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
For the noodles:
Red chilli powder a pinch
1 cup boiled noodles
Capsicum 1/4 cup
Onion 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Instructions
First make the dough for the potli from the all purpose flour by adding in oil, salt and water. Keep it aside till the filling is ready.
For the manchurian, mix the cabbage, capsicum and carrot in a bowl. Then add in the corn flour and 2 tsp of water, make very tiny manchurian balls of it. Then deep fry till they are golden brown.
In the next step, take a pan and heat 2 tsp oil, then add in the ginger-garlic paste, green chillies and saute for a minute. Then add the onion till it's translucent, next add in all the sauces.
Now add in the manchurian balls and cook for 2 minutes, add the spring onion our mini manchurian is ready.
To cook the noodles, in another pan, heat 2 tsp oil then add in the ginger-garlic, onion and capsicum, saute for 5 mins and add in all the sauces. Now add the red chilli powder, then add the noodles and keep it aside.
Make small size balls of the dough which we prepared in the 1st step and roll out small puris. Make all the puris in the same manner.
Spread a little red chilli sauce in each puri and a tsp of mini manchurian, 1 tsp of noodles and pack it with the shape of a potli.
Heat the oil and deep fry the potli till they golden brown on a medium flame.
Serve hot with any sauce.
