it's a mango pickle .Filled in malmal cloth and tied a small knot
Nice one.
take a mixing bowl and put the grated green mango
in another bowl mix all dry ingredients
now mix grated green mango and dry ingredients
mix all the ingredients very properly
now make small squares from Malmal cloth
in every square piece fill small quantity of prepared pickle
tie a knot and put it in pickle jar
make all the potlis and put it in pickle jar
Now put mustard oil on flame
when it get heated switch off the flame
when the oil comes in room temperature
pour it in potli jar.
cover it with lid
and potli Pickle is ready
