Grind dal to paste and keep aside.
Add curd in semolina and little water, mix well and rest for 15 mins.
Grate cabbage.keep aside.
Now after 15 mins add dal paste and cabbage in semolina mixture.
Add ginger-green chilli paste and salt accordingly.
Mix well add adjust consistency by adding water. Batter should be flowing like we make pakoras.
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and sesame seeds.
As it crackles add Handvo mixture.
Cover it and cook for 10mins
After 10 mins just check once by picking toothpick in it.
If batter doesn’t sticking to it,it’s cooked. Flip it and cook other side to its brown and crisp.
Make pieces and serve it with green chutney
