Handwo is made of semolina and veggies and this recipe can be made instantly its healthy for age old people and pregnant ladies it can be made in very less time and the oil used here have small amount

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. semolina 2 cups
  2. grated bottle gourd 1cup
  3. crushed greenchilli 1
  4. grated ginger 1tsp
  5. salt to taste
  6. 1/2 cup boiled green peas
  7. 1tbsp boiled beans
  8. 1tbsp carrot grated
  9. 1tbsp cabbage finely chopped
  10. 1cup curd
  11. little water
  12. oil for shallow fry
  13. cummin seeds 2tsp
  14. mustard seeds 2tsp
  15. curry leaves
  16. finely chopped corriander leaves 1tbsp

Instructions

  1. take semolina in one bowl
  2. add grated bottle gourd
  3. add grated carrot
  4. add boiled green peas
  5. add french beans
  6. add greenchilli and ginger
  7. add chopped corriander leaves
  8. add curd and give a good mix
  9. add water to make the batter
  10. batter should be thicker than idli batter
  11. keep this aside for 10 minutes
  12. now take a pan
  13. add 1 tsp oil
  14. add curry leaves
  15. add cumin seeds
  16. add mustard seeds
  17. when it crackles, add the batter
  18. (you can make it in small batches also)
  19. cover pan with lid and cook on slow flame
  20. now flip on other side and cook
  21. remove from pan when it turns golden color
  22. serve with chutney ketchup and dips
