Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Suji...1 cup
  2. Left over aloo sabji....1 cup
  3. Salt...to taste
  4. Ajwain....1/4 tea spoon
  5. Oil to fry
  6. Oil ....1 tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Heat a heavy base pan, pour 2 cups of water, add salt, ajwain and oil in the water
  2. Add suji in boiling water and mix vigorously
  3. Transfer the contents to a thali and let it cool down a little bit
  4. Knead with palm of your hands
  5. Take a big spoonful of this dough, flatten it and add stuffing of left over aloo sabji, you may mash it a little bit
  6. Gather all sides and make kachori
  7. Deep fry it on high to medium flame
  8. Enjoy it, nobody could ever make out that it is made up of any left overs
