ABOUT Spinach Fritters with a Little Twist RECIPE

As a twist to this pakodas i have added some sabudana to it which brings a crunch and makes them taste even better.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup roughly chopped spinach
  2. 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
  3. 1tbsp soaked sabudana
  4. 2 tsp chopped green chillies
  5. 2-3 tbsp gram flour
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Water to form the batter ( approx 1-2 tbsp )
  8. Oil to deep fry

Instructions

  1. Keep oil for deep frying in a kadhai.
  2. In a bowl mix all the ingredients and form a thick batter.
  3. Take small lemon sized portions and deep fry on low to medium flame till golden and crispy.
  4. Drain on a tissue paper.
  5. Enjoy with green chutney . HAPPY COOKING !!
