Fritters made with spinach leaves

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 200 gram spinach leaves
  2. 1 cup gram flour
  3. 3 spoon cornflour
  4. 1/2 spoon salt
  5. 1/8 spoon carom seeds
  6. 1/4 spoon red chilli powder
  7. 1 pinch baking soda
  8. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash and wipe spinach leaves
  2. Mix gramflour,cornflour,salt,carom seeds,red chilli powder and soda in a bowl
  3. Make a thick batter by adding water
  4. Dip spinach leaves one by one in the batter and deep fry in hot oil
  5. Serve with sauce.
