Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Curd 1/2litre
  2. Onions 3
  3. Tomato 1
  4. Chanadal 1/2 cup
  5. Toordal 1/2 cup
  6. Grated coconut 1/2 cup
  7. Coriander leaves handful
  8. Cumin 1tsp
  9. Mustard seeds 1tsp
  10. Curry leaves handful
  11. Oil 2 tbsp
  12. Salt as per the taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak both the dals
  2. In a blender add grated coconut 2 onions soaked Dal's cumins half of the coriander leaves and blend it into a fine paste
  3. In an other bowl add curd haldi and salt and beat the curd
  4. And now add the grinded paste also to the curd and mix it
  5. Check the salt
  6. In a kadhai add oil when it's heated add mustard seeds and curry leaves and finely sliced onion saute it for 2 mts and add finely sliced tomato and saute
  7. After that add the curd mixture to it keep stirring otherwise it will get burned
  8. Check the consistency of kadhi if u want you can add little water
  9. Keep stirring till the kadhi cooks
  10. Add curry leaves and coriander leaves and serve
