ABOUT Vegetable Pockets RECIPE

Its very easy dish, we can prepare with any leftovers sabji.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. wheat flour dough for 2 chapatis
  2. 2 tsp oil
  3. For Filling
  4. one cup any leftover sabji
  5. 2 tsp tomato sauce
  6. 2 tsp mayonnaise
  7. 1/2 tsp Salt
  8. 1/3 tsp black pepper
  9. For garnishing
  10. Julienned tomatoes
  11. strips of cabbage
  12. strips of cucumber

Instructions

  1. Using dough prepare 2 rectangular shape chapatis.
  2. Once chapatis are ready cut them into two halves.
  3. In a separate bowl take leftovers sabji and mix tomato sauce, mayonnaise salt and pepper.
  4. Fill the prepared filling in the chapati pockets and garnish them with julienned tomato, cucumber n cabbage.
  5. Colourful vegetable pockets are ready you can serve them with favourite dip.
