Very very tasty and yummy. A favourite of all young and old. An all time favourite for all occasions.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup white peas( boiled with salt )
  2. 4 potatoes
  3. 2 slices of bread
  4. 8 bhelpuris
  5. 1 cup dates & imli chutney
  6. 4 tsp garlic chutney
  7. 4 tsp green chutney
  8. 1 cup curds
  9. 1/2 cup sev
  10. 4 tsp onions (finely chopped)
  11. Some pomegranate seeds
  12. Coriander leaves
  13. 2 tsp chaat masala
  14. Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. 1. Mash the boiled potatoes and add green chutney and bread crumbs of the bread slices.
  2. 2. Now make tikkis from this mixture and shallow fry .
  3. 3. Now place the tikki in a katori and add 2-3 tblsp of boiled peas.
  4. 4. Now add the chutneys - garlic and imli.
  5. 5. Now add onions, sev, pomegranate, Chaat masala and coriander leaves. ( All according to your taste and liking)
  6. 6. Arrange bhelpuris on the sides and serve.
