Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover rice 1 cup
  2. Besan 1/2 cup or little more
  3. curd 1/2 cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Green chillies 1
  6. Corriander 1 teaspoon
  7. Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Mix the curd and rice and keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
  2. Chop the corriander and green chilli finely.
  3. Heat the oil. In the meantime mix corriander, green chilli, salt and besan to the curd and rice mixture.
  4. Make a semi dry batter. Like onion pakoda style batter. Add water if needed.
  5. Take little batter and drop in oil and deep fry. Remove once golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
