Left over besan curry into aalo vadi

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Half bowl left over curry
  2. 2 tbsp besan
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 4 colocasia leaves/patra/alu leaves
  5. 1/2tsp ajwain
  6. 1tsp red chilli powder
  7. Little of turmeric
  8. 1tsp til for tadka
  9. Oil for tadka
  10. Rai n jeera for tadka

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except ingredients for tadka .. n make a thick batter
  2. Take one leaf n apply bater on it
  3. Place the next leaf on it .. repeat above.. repeat same for all remaiNing leaf
  4. Now roll all leaf together n seal them with batter .
  5. Now steam them till they are cooked.. u can check by inserting knife in that roll.. it sud not stick to knife..
  6. Once done .. cut roll into wheels..
  7. Take oil .. n give tadka with rai, jeera, n til n add wheels in it.. add little of chat masala n lekin if u wish.. garnish with coriander n serve
