Make a ball from the dough, flatten it place a spoonful of the stuffing in the centre, gather all the sides and again flatten it
Roll into a bigger chapati and cook on a heated tawa with the help of ghee or oil, as per personal choice
Enjoy with aam ka achaar or a bowl of dahi
