Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour 2 cups
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Ajwain....1/2 tea spoon
  4. Boiled aloo....4 big ones
  5. Green chillies chopped....1 tea spoon
  6. Mango powder....1/2 tea spoon
  7. Red chilly powder...1/4 tea spoon
  8. Coriander leaves, chopped.......1 table spoon
  9. Garam masala powder....1/2 tea spoon
  10. Cumin seed powder...1/2 tea spoon
  11. Oil or desi ghee
  12. Salt and ajwain for stuffing as required

Instructions

  1. Knead atta with water, do add salt and ajwain in the dough.
  2. Give rest to the dough for 20 minutes
  3. Grate aloo and add all the masalas and the stuffing is ready
  4. Make a ball from the dough, flatten it place a spoonful of the stuffing in the centre, gather all the sides and again flatten it
  5. Roll into a bigger chapati and cook on a heated tawa with the help of ghee or oil, as per personal choice
  6. Enjoy with aam ka achaar or a bowl of dahi
