Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For koftas
  2. Milk...1 litre
  3. Vinegar....1 tea spoon or so
  4. Salt and green chillies to taste
  5. Bread....4 pieces
  6. Kaju .. 40 gramms
  7. For gravy
  8. Tomatoes 200 grams
  9. Green chillies ...2
  10. Curd,...1 table spoon
  11. Cream....1 tea spoon
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Coriander powder...10 gram
  14. Red chilly powder....3 gram
  15. Turmeric powder....2 gram
  16. Ginger...5 gram
  17. Raw coconut....1 piece
  18. Garam masala powder...3 gram

Instructions

  1. Boil milk and start puting vinegar in it. Stop adding vinegar as soon as the milk curdles, Seive the paneer and add very cold water to it
  2. Knead this paneer with your palms, add salt and chopped green chillies and also bread pieces
  3. Mix nicely, make balls keep kàju in between these koftas and keep in heated appe pan and cook on both sides
  4. In a mixie or grinder make a paste of tomatoes, ginger, green chillies, remaining kàju, coconut
  5. Heat a woke add ghee and put salt and all the masalas, stir continuously till masala leaves the pan
  6. Add water to make gravy.
  7. Keep koftas in bowl at the time of serving only and pour hot gravy on it and enjoy after adding cream, if so desired, I skipped this step
