ABOUT Papad Sabji RECIPE

A very famous Dish of Gujrat State.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 Rosted Papad
  2. ½ tsp jeera
  3. 2 DRY RED CHILLY
  4. 2 Tb. Sp. Oil
  5. 2 tejpatta
  6. few curry leaves
  7. 2 onion paste
  8. 2 tomato paste
  9. 1 Tsp Ginger - garlic paste
  10. ½ tsp haldi powder
  11. 1 green chilli slit
  12. 1 tsp kashmir red chilli powder
  13. ½ tsp coriander powder
  14. 1/4 jeera powder
  15. ½ tsp Garam Masala
  16. 2 cup water
  17. 1/2 cup curd
  18. Salt as per your taste
  19. 2 tbsp coriander fresh green chopped

Instructions

  1. heat oil. Add jeera, curry leaves, hing, Tejpatta and dry red chilly.
  2. Add Onion, ginger and garlic paste.
  3. Now add all spices.
  4. Add tomato puree.
  5. Add salt.Cook it.
  6. Now add water.Boil it.
  7. Add Curd
  8. Now add Rosted crushed Papad.
  9. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander.
