First dry roast papads on gass.keep aside.
Heat oil in kadai add bay leaf jeera heeng fry them.
Add chopped ginger tomato green chilly fry them till tomatoes soft.
Add all masalas except salt and mix well add dahi and stir continuously.
Add water according to your requirement of gravy.add salt let it boil.
Once gravy start boiling keep mixing and add pieces of papads(break papads in medium pieces after roast them).
Mix well.add hara dhaniya and switch off the flame.dahi papad sabhi is ready to serve.
